Hey, I'm Tanner, the owner of Addie B's.

Owning a boutique is something I’ve talked about doing for years. I’ve always loved clothes, putting outfits together, and shopping—probably a little too much. I’m also the kind of person who always needs something to work toward. Usually, when I get an idea in my head, I have to see where it goes. Addie B’s was one of those ideas that never went away.

Outside of owning a boutique, I’m a registered nurse with a passion for L&D, a wife, and a mom to our two girls, Addie and Brinley. My husband, Nate, and I actually met while we were both serving in the United States Army. It’s kind of crazy to think that such a different chapter of our lives is ultimately what brought our family together.

Since then, life has changed quite a bit. I became a nurse, Nate built his career in the bourbon industry, we became parents, and somewhere in the middle of all of that, I kept talking about this dream of building something of our own.

The name Addie B’s comes from our girls—Addie is our oldest, and the “B” is for Brinley. We went through plenty of ideas when we first started putting this boutique together, but naming it after them just felt right. This is something I’m building with the hope that one day our girls will look back and remember being there for all of it.

My goal with every collection is to choose pieces that I would actually pick up, put on, and wear myself. I don’t want to fill the website with something just because it’s trendy or because I think it might sell. I want Addie B’s to have clothes that make you excited to get dressed—pieces that are cute, comfortable, affordable, and still make you feel like yourself when you put them on.

I want this boutique to have some personality, and I’m sure you’ll see plenty of my own style mixed into what we carry. And if you find something here that you put on and immediately think, “Yep, I’m wearing this,” then I think I’m doing something right. Thank you for shopping my small business.
